What Does VDV Fitness Membership Offer?

This will aim to educate and support you in achieving a sustainable lifestyle approach to correct, convenient, and flexible training. It will also develop discipline and mental strength as a team in the community to help you keep it sustainable and enjoyable and make new friends in Fitness!

 

It is a path that includes a vast library of complete workouts and, exercises by muscle category, with a complete guide to practising the correct technique, notes relating to series, repetitions, recovery times, and techniques to apply.

Those who want to lose or gain weight, struggle with motivation, lack knowledge about exercise, lack self-esteem and self-love, or improve confidence and work on self-development to achieve a happier and healthier lifestyle along with a supportive community!

You will have access to 3 plans to choose from, each offering unique services: Home and gym workout plans structured by Anastasia, a Progress tracking, access to a fantastic community, a live interactive classes to come, a Bespoke Personalised full workout, and Outdoor Fitness Events. All for a small amount!

1 plan will be VIP membership, will have a personalised training, it will be created based on an accurate anamnesis and initial evaluation where we will build the programme according to your needs. To be performed at the gym, at home or the park, and with weights or without.  1 to 1 weekly discussion of your progress.

 The personalised training programme will be uploaded to your account in our platform.

All the plans are accessible after the purchase is completed.

 

 Only for the VIP plan, the program is delivered within one week after your welcome Zoom call, during which we will discuss your plan.

Yes, you can. Send a request in our contact form and you will be contacted back! 

You can purchase your preferred plan via the programmes or membership page.

Select your preferred plan and proceed to payment. You will be asked to provide a username and password, which you will need to log in to the client dashboard.

Once in the client dashboard, you will find your “Learning Area”. You will not initially find anything in the enrolled courses. You will need to go to the programmes page, and as part of your membership, you will be able to download the programmes that interest you.

  • From the menu, select “Programmes”.
  • Select the programme(s) you are interested in.
  • E.g. Short Workouts Per Muscle Group (click the button “Preview this course).
  • Hit the “Get Course” button and “Enrol with membership” to add the course to your dashboard.
  • The course will be added to your dashboard.
  • Return to the dashboard via the User/Login link on the menu bar.
  • Repeat this process for all courses of interest.
  • Your membership allows you full access to the courses.
  • You can start your course immediately.
