I started on my fitness journey and Weight Loss in April 2019 joined the gym and that’s where I meet Anastasia I thought I would start with a class first to ease me into so picked body pump class didn’t realise what it was weights class and never lifted a weight in my life then a lovely trainer came over with a warm smile and encouraged me to try and lift heavier but never put me under pressure and was always there to advise me then she did a 12 week program so I signed up. I was there the oldest, but she put a lovely group together and she worked us hard always with a smile on her face and very supportive. Then during the lockdown we started to train via Online, the online training was fabulous and very effective. Now I totally love training and that’s thank to a beautiful soul inside and out thank you Anastasia.

 

Back to the time when I took my 1st step towards a fit and healthy lifestyle, and took a course with Anastasia, without knowing anything about her. In this span of little more than one year, she has moved my strength level from negative to a decent fitness. Not only she help me gain overall strength and fitness but also kept me motivated. She always instills positivity along with lots of hard work. She surely changed my life and my Outlook towards a fit lifestyle. I remember not being able to jump on a step and in few weeks I was jumping on the black box. This is how she has changed my fitness and motivated me to challenge my strength and get one step higher. I’ve been training with Anastasia for nearly two months now. I am 66 years old and had been inactive for quite a while so I developed a tummy bigger than I wanted and also felt lacking of energy.

Anastasia gave me different workouts to help me. She pushed me when I needed to be pushed but careful not to let me overdo it. She also managed my food which has helped me a lot to achieve my goals.

I would recommend Anastasia to anyone with any level or fitness or age.

In January 2019,  I made a decision to lose some weight as my son was getting married. I have never had a problem with my weight even after giving birth to both my kids but as I got older, it wasn’t so easy to stay trimmed. I have never been to the gym or did any exercises, so I decided to get a Personal Trainer.

 

When I met Anastasia, she was so helpful and understood all the issues that I had with my body. She was able to adapt a fitness plan that suited my availability.

 

I attended a 2 weekly session and within a month I could see that my whole attitude towards how I see myself has changed. I had become more confident, less stressed, happier, and had more energy (so I didn’t need 9 hours of sleep but 6).

 

As time went on, my appearance started to change. I didn’t dress up in big baggy clothes to hide myself but started wearing fitted dresses with heels. I also never drank water but Anastasia used to send me reminder text to drink a glass of water 3 times a day for the first 2 weeks. Now I drink water without thinking about it and my skin is glowing and even my face has slimmed down.

 

I am working on my eating habits as I used to eat gateaux, sweets, fried food and anything bad. I am more salads, vegetables, fish, chicken, lentils, and fruits …. Wow what a change.

 

Since meeting Anastasia, my whole attitude towards exercise has changed. Thanks to my girl, I now enjoy exercising and have the confidence to do things on my own. I am toned, building lovely cute muscles, and getting stronger.

 

I now have a whole wardrobe of new clothes that fit my body and oh by the way, I have lost a dress size. My friends and family are constantly commenting on how great I look and how bubbly I have become. I always say I have an incredible Personal Trainer who has changed my life forever.

 

I cannot recommend Anastasia highly enough and certainly cannot see my life without her. I look forward to each training session and catching up with Anastasia as she has now become a fixture in my life. She varies each session so that we focus on what is needed. More importantly, we have an incredible connection and she knows about every aspect of my personal life as I of hers.

 

I am not sure I can put into words how brilliant Anastasia is and just how much she has done for me. I have been training with Anastasia for over one year now and I hope she will continue training me for many more to come!

 

I have lower back pain and shoulder pain which not only did Anastasia take the time to research thoroughly, she also makes sure I never do anything that may cause further damage. She is funny, motivating, kind but a very tough trainer that gets the job done.

 

I could not rate Anastasia more highly, nor could I fault her methods of training and motivation. Oh by the way, due to the coronavirus, we have been doing our sessions online and she works me even harder and our sessions are even better.

I have trained with Ana for nearly a year; 1:1 and in a group setting. I really enjoy training with her as she is highly knowledgeable, dedicated to her client and monitors you to keep you on track. My body has changed and so has my mindset; I’ve actually come to love training because of her. Working out has become more than just ‘losing weight’, but also about a life style change and a change in outlook all thanks to her continued support. Ana is there for you not just in your session with her, but supportive and encouraging outside of your time. She pushes you hard and in turn, you push yourself and see changes you didn’t think would materialise. Ana is definitely not a half hearted trainer; she will really push you in every way. Isn’t that what any client wants? A trainer who pushes, is supportive and makes a gruelling task enjoyable? You have everything to gain! 

I had put on 2 stones, and my clothes were not fitting anymore, instead of purchasing more clothes, I decided I wanted to lose this weight so I reached out to Anastasia for help with this. She is such a motivator she pushes you all the way. Although, I only did 3 months, i had lost a stone by the second month. I was really pleased with my results. Would definitely recommend her.

As a fibromyalgia sufferer and someone who hasn’t stepped foot in the gym in years as a result, training with Anastasia has been life changing. Her training methods have the right balance of motivation and pushing you to limits combined with her expert knowledge in adapting exercise and tweaking nutrition to suit my personal individual needs. I’ve trained with PTs in past, but none of them have been as rewarding as training with Anastasia. She always has a smile of encouragement and her positive “ you can do it” attitude has only made my self confidence grow. I started to train with Anastasia as I wanted to loose stubborn fat and generally tone up. Her infectious positivity is exactly what I needed for my motivation. My overall strength and fitness improved within a short period of time as each session was intense and tailored to target specific muscle groups. Anastasia is a warm and dedicated trainer. In the time that I worked with her I felt clearly that her focus was directed at achieving my goals. I never been a real fan of a gym but wanted to get back to my shape after my first pregnancy. I met Anastasia during one of her classes and amused by her training method decided to take her as my PT.
